LasX has long prided itself on staying ahead of the technology curve and now, the company has a new vehicle to help with that mission.
With the establishment of the Global Solutions team, LasX offers consolidated laser material processing expertise and adds another element to its existing stack of customer support capabilities.
The Global Solutions’ initiative is "a way of doing business with clients in a confidential and responsive manner," says Tom Weigman, VP of Technology at LasX.

While happy to partner with clients of any size, the Global Solutions team offers specific benefits for bigger companies. "A recent trend by large manufacturers is downsizing some of their internal laser development. It takes a lot of infrastructure to support internal laser development teams, but fortunately, LasX can get it done much faster," concludes Weigman.
The Global Solutions team represents the anchor for the future of LasX, most recently attending The Battery Show to learn more about how laser technology can play a critical role in the electric mobility and energy storage frontiers.
